Howdy, my name is Melissa Streiff and I am a pediatric occupational therapist servicing the Texas Hill Country. I have been practicing OT for 8 years and have a big place in my heart for the pediatric population. I strive to provide recommendations and strategies that are not only creative but specific to each child’s and family’s need. I am a neuroaffirming play based therapist. I focus on fostering a positive relationship with the family and the child as I truly believe this is a major foundation for developmental growth.

Grow With Me Pediatric Therapy,LLC was created with the belief that no matter the diagnosis, challenges or routes that a child takes to reach their goals, with the proper support by their side, they can achieve amazing things in their development!
Development doesn’t always look like what the textbook says or how siblings/ friends reached each milestone. Every child is different in not only the way they act but in how they see the world and grow. I saw a need in my community for families that were restricted from services for their child due to insurance or location and I set out to make a change. My heart is to meet the child and family where they are at and to be a positive resource as their child grows and reaches their goals.

Do you take insurance?
-Grow With Me Pediatric Therapy is currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Other major insurance companies are coming soon! Until then, needed documentation and information can be provided for the family to submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement
What are your private fee rates?
-Evaluation and report are $200. This includes a comprehensive evaluation that typically takes ~1 hour depending on the number of assessments administered, report, and consultation with the family.
- Individual treatment for occupational therapy is $120. This includes a 60minute individual treatment session with a follow up consultation with the caregiver. If for any reason the session is shorter than the allotted 60minute session, the payment will be prorated in 15minute intervals
Where are services held?
-Grow With Me Pediatric Therapy offers multiple options for location of services. Services can be held at home, clinical office, or in daycare/private school (as agreed upon by the facility)

-Your child will receive quality care from a therapist who truly loves what she does and puts her heart behind the services that she offers. I have an extensive background in working with children of different ages/needs and am constantly seeking out new learning tools to better help the children I work with. Services will also stand out with the amount of education provided to the parent and the parent involvement that is welcomed. I am here to support the family in all areas and take it further than just the “allotted therapy session” to ensure that the family feels equipped with strategies to continue supporting their child.
